I’m baaaaaack! Yes, yes, I have been absent lately, working on school but with my final presentation behind me as of noon yesterday I am enjoying a bit of the outdoors and cooking for a change! So, bring on the fresh Focaccia!

Its an amazing comprehensive smorgasbord of everything bready! And, let’s be honest, if you don’t eat bread, you’re missing out.
I added a few things…sundried tomatoes and spices!
Don’t skimp on the rising time, its what makes this bread to yummy and fluffy, while staying crunchy on the ends!
It’s wonderful right out of the oven all hot, or sliced and paired with a nice pesto or marinara sauce!
